Exterior & Colors

The 2023 Toyota RAV4 sits at 181-182″ L x 73″ W x 67-69″ H, with the choice of 17-19" wheels, nine single-tone colors and seven two-tone paints. In comparison, the 2023 Toyota 4Runner dimensions are 190-191″ L x 76″ W x 72″ H, with 17-20" wheels, eight regular colors and three special-edition paints for the 40^th Anniversary model. 

Interior Design & Seating

It doesn't matter which of these two Toyota SUVs you choose, there are two rows situated in the cabin. With these two rows, you can fit five people comfortably, although the 4Runner offers a little more interior space. What's different about the two is that the 4Runner has an optional third row that adds two more seats.

The 2023 Toyota RAV4 and 4Runner both come standard with an 8" touch screen, USB ports, Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Amazon Alexa, a Wi-Fi hot spot, and a satellite radio. The 2023 Toyota RAV4 comes standard with front-wheel drive, while the 4Runner has standard rear-wheel drive. However, both models offer available all-wheel drive.

Engine

The 2023 Toyota RAV4 comes standard with a 203-horsepower 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. It works in conjunction with a smooth-shifting eight-speed automatic transmission. The 2023 Toyota 4Runner includes a 270-horsepower V6 engine with a five-speed automatic.
