Our Trade-In Process. At Hometown Toyota we understand that your trade- in vehicle often plays a big part in the transaction when purchasing a new or used car. Because of this, we have trained professionals that will take the time to fully consider all the particulars relative to your trade; these typically include the most recent re-sale values obtained from each of the major buying guides. Once we've obtained this information, we will provide you with a fair market value for your vehicle and will always be willing to purchase your vehicle for this amount, regardless whether you buy a vehicle from us or not because we accept all trades.
Our Service Experience. We believe that extra things count, such as taking our "One Price, One Person"? Concept to the service drive. When you bring in your vehicle to our Ontario car repair center, our Service Advisers will come to your car door to greet you and start your service experience. When your car repair is complete, the same Service Adviser will show you to the cashier and review your repair invoice with you. We also will wash your car after it's serviced in an effort to make sure your overall service experience is nothing less than excellent. We also offer a fully stocked Toyota auto parts center for all your car part needs. In addition we will also provide you with a service loaner vehicle while your vehicle is being serviced.

I wanted to take the time to say thank you and your service is great. Not long ago I brought my pickup in for a problem in the suspension. The service man could not get the problem to repeat itself but showed real concern. I talked to the service manager and the mechanic took the time to come out twice and talk to me about the problem. The extra time he took with me showed me a lot about your dealership and the people you have. I was really impressed and have voiced this many times to my friends and thought I should also let you know. Again thanks.....

- Hi Steve, We are all wonderful. I LOVE my Toy!!! Very happy with it. Very nice not having to take 2 cars when we have company. It is also great for our son Adam as he is in soccer and there is plenty of room for friends, balls, cleats, you name it.
